    I like adding lemon, lime, or cucumber slices to my water to keep it fun. AND it just looks prettier.haha

  2. happy friday to you too Rachel! i’ve been struggling with my water intake, mostly because i crave warm/hot beverages at this time of the year. i start my day with warm water… but i actually prefer it cold… anyway, placing a jug of water next to my bed right now and i will stick with the challenge all through the weekend and beyond, no reason to quit now!! i’ will just try to carry on and once the weather warms up a little, i think it will not be such a struggle…
