I love it! I looked at it & said to myself: Hey, that looks like my row-counter bracelet! Good idea! xo

Oh, and I’ve been doing a terrible job at the challenge, but I *am* drinking more water than usual. It’s like that first few days of doing it perfectly re-set my body so it recognizes when it’s thirsty again, which is wonderful. I probably drink 4 12-oz Ball jars of water on average, but I’m shooting for at least 6 or 7 every day. (I got to 8 a couple of days but the next day I found I could hardly force myself to drink any water at all!) xo

Feeling thirsty right now….off to get my bottle of water from the fridge. Good luck, ladies (and gents – oh yeah!).

I am meeting my challenge basically because it’s been so warm, making me cut back on the coffee and hot tea..hey, whatever works.
I am drinking my water all day long and even put a cute knitting cozy on my mason jar and added a steel straw so it would look pretty 😉
    Thanks for the great giveaway.
Oh, and after five babies and hitting middle age bathroom breaks are part of my life!

what a great idea, the water counter. We are in a fitness challenge of sorts with some friends and it is easy to lose count…did I drink that big chug this morning, or was it yesterday??
The bracelet is a good tool. go ahead and send it to me. I’ll put it to good use.

What a clever idea! I’m having a hard time keeping track too.
Like you, I love that big drink in the morning – but if I go downstairs for breakfast before having it all, I’m lost.
Mason jars are not common around here, but it makes such a difference to have a nice container for your water. The other day I borrowed Kaya’s half litre water bottle, one that’s meant for hiking – and magically, it was soo much easier to drink more! So I’ve ordered my own now, a 750ml one!

i have to admit the bathroom breaks do get on my nerves 😛
and i haven’t managed to drink 3 liters every day, most days I’m around 2,5 l
i drink out of a 0,5l jug, so i would need 6 beads – if i win, LOL!

and your new little project sounds cool! i sometimes do that with my sister, taking pictures of similar themes. we live 4500 miles apart…

It has been going really well. I fill 2 40oz Klean Kanteens each night for the next day. I aim to drink half of the first container in the morning and the rest throughout the day. Many more trips to the bathroom, but other than that I feel good!

I love your method of keeping up! So cute. The Hubs and I have been working on eating better and he has been eating *gasp* salads! As long as they have some chicken on them to make them “more filling” he’s game. I still haven’t sold him completely on the water though….I keep reminding myself “baby steps.”

I don’t think I can commit to 3L/day – I already frequent the loo more than most people – but you have inspired me to be more mindful of my water consumption. It was easier when working in an office. At home, I get so distracted, I just plain forget until I’m parched! So, more water-minded I will be – thank you!

pick mee mee meeeee! haha. I love the bracelet!

  12. Hannah says:

A seriously cool idea – loving the bracelet! It’s so easy to lose track when you’re constantly running around after little ones, wish I’d thought of it 🙂 xx
