This is so sweet! I don’t know if i’ve told you enough, I LOVE Mira’s cheeks! And that precious look of awe and wonder! (what did she get? I’m dying to know what her pretty red present is.)
It was a teddy bear. And the best part of the pretty package – she’d received it from Grandma for Christmas and I’d let E hold on to it until Mira was interested. So she wrapped it up for her b-day because we don’t really do family gifts for a first birthday. “This way,” she said, “it can be from me, and Grandma, and you.” 🙂
